A microfilter is a drum-type sieve filtration and recovery solid-liquid separation device. Under the action of gravity, water is filtered from the filter, filtering fibers, and guiding them on the inner surface of the guide vanes, spiraling to the end of the pulp until it is discharged from the pulp outlet for recycling. Its working principle: The treated wastewater enters the microfilter cylinder axially and flows through the sieve in a radial direction. Impurities in the water (such as fine suspended solids, fibers, pulp, etc.) are trapped on the sieve on the inner surface of the microfilter cylinder. When impurities trapped on the filter are carried by the drum to the microfilter, the washing water is washed back into the slag discharge tank. During operation, the diameter of the microfilter cartridge is 2/5 above the water surface, with a speed of 1-4r/min. The filtration speed of microfiltration and filter can reach 30-120m/h, the washing water pressure is 0.5-1.5kg/cm2, and the washing water is 0.5-1.0% of the water production.
This microfilter has a small footprint, large production capacity, and convenient operation and management. It can be used for the pre-treatment of raw water in drinking water plants, industrial water treatment, domestic water pre-treatment, and final treatment, as well as the playback of useful substances in industrial wastewater.
1. The microfiltration function removes organic and inorganic debris, as well as various types of phytoplankton, algae, or fiber pulp from water. When used for reservoir water treatment, the removal efficiency of algae is 40-70%, and the removal efficiency of plankton is 97.99.99%.
Compared with other devices, it has the characteristics of a small footprint, convenient installation, easy operation and management, no chemicals, and a large production capacity (250-36000m3/d).
3. Continuous operation, automatic washing, no need for special care, and high concentration of recycled fibers can reach over 12%.
4. Simple structure, smooth operation, convenient maintenance, and long usage time.
Installation of microfilter equipment
Firstly, the installation personnel should be organized to familiarize themselves with the structure, function, and characteristics of the equipment. Pay attention to all instructions and requirements in all technical documents.
2. Check for any defects in the equipment.
3. Construction should be carried out according to the basic structural diagram, the foundation surface should be flat, and the reserved hole spacing and vertical deviation should not exceed 10mm.
Equipment for operating microfiltration machines
(1) Test Run
1. Check whether the sturdy bolts of the machine body are tightened, whether the meshing of the transmission gears is appropriate, whether the rollers are abnormal, whether the motor wiring is correct, and whether the transmission of the filter cartridge is light.
2. Start the motor, observe whether the filter cartridge rotates correctly, and whether the gear transmission is normal, open the slurry valve, and run for 2-4 hours, pay attention to instability, and whether the frame is stable.
(2) Operation instructions
1. Before starting up, check if the spray pipe is smooth.
2. Start the motor, and nozzle valve, and then open the feed valve.
3. Close the feed valve clean the net before closing the nozzle, and then turn off the motor.
Repair and maintenance of microfiltration machine
1. It must be used under normal working conditions.
2. Add oil every shift, and add oil to the support wheel bearings once a month.
3. It is recommended to perform maintenance once a year.
