The QXDL-301 model of the eco-friendly solid-liquid separation spiral screw sludge dewatering machine not only has high-efficiency dewatering capabilities but also focuses on environmental protection and energy saving.

1. High-efficiency dewatering, large processing capacity: The QXDL-301 model spiral screw sludge dewatering machine has a dry sludge processing capacity of 30-60 kg/h, which is sufficient to meet the sludge treatment needs of industrial production. Its high-efficiency dewatering performance greatly shortens the processing cycle and improves production efficiency.

The main body of the spiral screw machine is composed of stationary rings and movable rings stacked into a cylindrical shape, with a spiral shaft running through it to form a filtering device. Because the inner diameter of the movable ring is smaller than the outer diameter of the spiral shaft, the rotation of the spiral shaft can drive the movable ring to perform circular motion, preventing blockages. The gap between the stationary ring and the movable ring gradually narrows along the direction of the mud cake outlet, from the thickening to the dewatering section. After the sludge is thickened by gravity in the thickening section, it is gradually transported to the dewatering section, where forced dewatering is achieved under the internal pressure generated by the back pressure plate at the discharge outlet.
