III. Application Scope
The QXDL-251 Food Grade Energy-Saving Press Dewatering Machine Spiral Screw Sludge Dewatering Machine is particularly suitable for sludge treatment in the food industry, such as food processing wastewater and food processing residues. It can effectively remove moisture from sludge, reduce the water content of sludge, and provide convenience for subsequent sludge disposal and resource utilization.
The main body of the spiral screw machine is composed of stationary rings and movable rings stacked into a cylindrical shape, with a spiral shaft running through it to form a filtering device. Because the inner diameter of the movable ring is smaller than the outer diameter of the spiral shaft, the rotation of the spiral shaft can drive the movable ring to perform circular motion, preventing blockages. The gap between the stationary ring and the movable ring gradually narrows along the direction of the mud cake outlet, from the thickening to the dewatering section. After the sludge is thickened by gravity in the thickening section, it is gradually transported to the dewatering section, where forced dewatering is achieved under the internal pressure generated by the back pressure plate at the discharge outlet.
