Large Stainless Steel Screw Press Sludge Dewatering Machine - QXDL-353 utilizes advanced screw press dewatering technology, specifically designed for efficient sludge treatment. Firstly, the QXDL-353 is made of full stainless steel, ensuring the durability and long-term stability of the equipment. In terms of performance, the QXDL-353 excels. Its dry sludge processing capacity reaches up to 150-300 Kg/h, and it easily handles large volumes of sludge treatment tasks. Additionally, the energy-saving performance of this equipment is also very prominent. By adopting advanced energy-saving technology, the total power consumption is only 4.4 kW, effectively reducing operating costs and meeting the current societal demands for energy conservation and environmental protection.

Regarding dimensions and weight, the QXDL-353 equipment has dimensions of L4120mm × W1770mm × H1850mm, with a machine weight of 2800 kg. Although it is relatively large in size, the equipment's structural design is rational, making installation and maintenance very convenient.

The main body of the spiral screw machine is composed of stationary rings and movable rings stacked into a cylindrical shape, with a spiral shaft running through it to form a filtering device. Because the inner diameter of the movable ring is smaller than the outer diameter of the spiral shaft, the rotation of the spiral shaft can drive the movable ring to perform circular motion, preventing blockages. The gap between the stationary ring and the movable ring gradually narrows along the direction of the mud cake outlet, from the thickening to the dewatering section. After the sludge is thickened by gravity in the thickening section, it is gradually transported to the dewatering section, where forced dewatering is achieved under the internal pressure generated by the back pressure plate at the discharge outlet.

4. Energy-saving: As the core component of the spiral screw, the rotation speed of the spiral shaft is 0-5 revolutions per minute. Due to the low-speed rotation, the electricity consumption is deficient. Under the same treatment capacity, the electricity consumption of the spiral screw is only 1/20 of that of the centrifugal dewatering machine.

5. Water-saving: The self-cleaning structure of the spiral screw body that prevents filter gap blockage can save a large amount of water for cleaning. Under the same treatment capacity, the water consumption of the spiral screw is only 1/115 of that of the belt dewatering machine.
